Privacy

The short version

We collect what we need to send you a parcel and nothing else. We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not have a marketing database to leak.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, and shipping address, so we can send you the thing you bought.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never reach this site. We only ever see the last four digits on the receipt.
• Your backpack — the cart is stored in your own browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device until you start checkout.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

Who else sees it

• Stripe — payments. See Stripe's own privacy policy.
• [Netlify] — hosting. Serves the pages and keeps standard server logs.
• [Your postal carrier] — gets the address on the label.

Nobody else. No data brokers, no ad networks.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for [7 years] because tax rules require it. Anything else we delete when it stops being useful.

Your say

Email [hello@example.com] and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it, minus anything we are legally required to keep.

Questions go to the same address. A real person reads it.
